A: The expert report provided by the Jingu Extraterritorial Law Identification Center has the following format and basic content:
(i) Written reports in the official language of the destination with Chinese translations;
(ii) a full description of the requirements and scope of the ascertainment;
(iii) Laws, authoritative jurisprudence, legal rules and policies directly related to the matter;
(iv) Necessary analysis and justification;
(v) Clear concluding observations;
(vi) The signature of the expert himself and/or the official seal of the appointing authority;
