From 1988 to July 1990, I worked at the Training Center for Senior Judges of the Supreme People's Court. From August 1990 to December 1995, I studied law at the National Nagoya University in Japan and obtained a Doctor of Laws degree. In February 1996, he returned to China to teach at the Law School of Renmin University of China. As of 2013, he was a professor at the Law School of Renmin University of China, and his doctoral supervisor also served as the Vice President of the Comparative Law Research Association of the Chinese Law Society and a member of the Jurisprudence Research Association of the Chinese Law Society.
